Issue: In windows operating system, sometimes tool tip get stuck on screen.
Resolution:
1. Open command prompt (press window+R button on keyboard and type "cmd" and press enter).
2. Type "tskill dwm" in command prompt and press enter
OR
1. Click on that tool tip and press Alt+F4 buttons in keyboard.
OR
1. Sign out from current windows user and sign in again.
Resolution:
